The website describes typical clearout work and does not guarantee that every material, location or date can be accepted. The applicable waste collection permit and receiving-facility requirements take priority.

Quotes and changes

A quote is based on the photos, description, access and location supplied. If the load, material, weight or access differs materially on arrival, the scope and price may need to be reviewed before work begins.

Excluded or restricted material

Hazardous material, asbestos, liquids, gas cylinders and electrical/electronic equipment must not be included unless a compliant route has been explicitly confirmed in advance. The crew may refuse unidentified, unsafe or non-permitted material.

Access and safety

The customer is responsible for providing safe, lawful access and identifying hazards, fragile areas, parking restrictions and items that must remain. Work may be paused where conditions are unsafe.

Bookings

A website enquiry is not a confirmed booking. The job is booked only when the scope, price, location and timing have been agreed directly with The Clearout Crew.
