Information collected

The callback form asks for a name, phone number, area or Eircode, job details and an optional email address. WhatsApp and email messages are handled through those providers under their own privacy terms.

Why it is used

The information is used to assess enquiries, reply to quote requests, arrange clearout work and keep records needed to provide the service. It is not sold.

Service providers and retention

The website is hosted on Vercel. Form email delivery may be handled by Brevo when configured. Enquiry details are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, service records and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask for access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements, by using the contact details above. You may also complain to Ireland's Data Protection Commission.

Photos

Do not send images containing sensitive documents or people who have not agreed to be photographed. Job photos are used to assess the requested work and are not published without permission.
